A Brief History

Nicky Maude designed and built her dream home in 2011, an impressive ultra modern family home.

This impressive LA style house, within easy reach of London, quickly became a popular TV and Film location. With Jamie, a professional chef, living on location, it made perfect sense to offer catering services to the busy film crews using the property.

Nicky and Jamie have worked together for the last 5 years and have built a strong reputation for location hosting and catering with a very friendly and efficient “can do” attitude. Together they have hosted over 100 shoots, catering for many along the way.

Jamie Maude - CGI Catering


Jamie's Bio

Our Head Chef has a passion for food ensuring his exacting standards are delivered every time, whether he’s serving a bespoke 7 course Asian banquet or satisfying the needs of a large film crew on those long shoot days.

His experience as a head chef in a busy restaurant means he is no stranger to producing quality dishes in a timely fashion.

Latterly he ran the in-house kitchen at a busy film location catering for a wide range of clients within the industry.

Nicky's Bio

Nicky’s role is to ensure an extremely high level of customer care and liases with all our clients in order to accommodate their individual needs.

In the early years she was conference and events manager at City University in London and more recently she ran a successful location site working with a wide variety of film and TV companies.

She fully understands the hectic and demanding nature of this business.

Tony's Bio

Tony manages the accounts and the business development side of CGI. Tony has enjoyed a 30 year career in the City, trading bonds for many of the major investment banks and now ensures the smooth running of our family business.

Thanh has worked in the food industry for many years, her experience ranging from posh gastro pubs to a family owned Vietnamese restaurant.

Her Asian cooking skills adds some spice and diversity to our menus.
